Science

Science is an important tool. Physics makes it so that if you are doing work around the house you can accurately predict how things are going to work. Biology is essential because knowing some of the basics makes it so that your doctor can't take advantage of you. Chemistry is fun to do and is essential to understanding advanced biology. Science should be included because, like math, it opens doors to potential occupational opportunities.

Though, one thing that I have noticed is that in some courses in high school, there are not a lot of labs. The other two people at my table group last year agree that labs are where the most learning is done, so that should be emphasized the most.
